Best football corner stats website for match analysis
If you are looking for the best football corner stats website, do not stop at a single average. The useful view separates team corners, home and away form, H2H and recent matches.

Start with the corner data you need
For public season tables, choose Premier League corner stats or LaLiga corner stats. These tables are free to read. Check the latest available match date and the home/away sample.
The interactive corner finder requires Premium. New subscribers can try it for 7 days with a card, then €7.99/month unless canceled. Compare the free plan, Premium and cancellation terms, or create your free account to start with 2 match views per day and Streaks.
Corner analysis example: team corners versus match corners
Illustrative numbers, not a real team's results: suppose a home side takes 4, 7, 3, 6 and 5 corners in five home matches. Its team-corner average is 25/5 = 5.00. It exceeds 5.5 team corners in only two matches, so that observed frequency is 2/5, or 40%.
Suppose the opponents take 2, 4, 6, 2 and 5 corners in those same games. The match totals are 6, 11, 9, 8 and 10: an average of 8.80 total corners and an over 8.5 frequency of 3/5, or 60%. The two percentages answer different questions; neither is a forecast probability.
In the finder, use the team-only setting for the first calculation and the combined-team setting for the second. Keep season, venue and valid match count consistent. If one team's corner count is missing, that match cannot supply a complete total.
What a good corner stats website should include
A strong corner analysis page should show both total match corners and corners by team. A high-corner match can be driven mostly by one side, so team-level context matters.
StatFair is designed to make that comparison easier across match trends, team behavior and historical context.
Home and away corner form
One of the most common mistakes is mixing all matches together. A team may generate many corners at home but much less away. Good analysis separates the home team at home and the away team away.
H2H and recent matches
H2H can help explain how two teams usually interact, but it should not outweigh recent form when squads, managers or tactical styles have changed.
Why StatFair can help
StatFair combines football statistics, trends, H2H, home/away filters and markets such as goals, corners, shots and cards. It is built for data context, not for guaranteed predictions.
Compare actual corner averages by league
Start with the Premier League corner statistics by team or LaLiga corner statistics by team. Both pages show corners for, against and total, with separate home and away tables, match counts and the latest match date in the available dataset. These tables are season summaries; the platform's recent-match view answers a different question.
Corner averages and over/under percentages are different
A corner average is the sum of recorded corners divided by the number of matches with corner data. An over 8.5 percentage is the share of those matches with at least nine total corners. A high average does not imply a high frequency above every threshold: a few unusually high totals can move the mean.
Team corners refer to one side. Match corners add both sides. Always check which measure a table or filter uses before comparing its percentage with another source.
A practical checklist for a corner stats website
- Check the season, competition and latest available match, not just the page publication date.
- Compare the home side at home and the away side away. Keep H2H separate rather than counting the same game twice.
- Read corners for and against alongside the total; an average alone hides which side creates the volume.
- Check the sample behind a percentage. Four of five is 80%, but it describes only five matches.
- Exclude missing corner values from the denominator instead of treating them as zero.
- Review individual matches for red cards, score effects and changes of coach before interpreting a trend.
From historical frequency to backtesting
A historical frequency is not a calibrated probability for the next match. If you evaluate a rule historically, define it before looking at the outcomes and keep evaluation matches separate from the matches used to choose the rule. Our football backtesting guide explains sample size, hit rate and yield. Different samples or unavailable historical odds can change what can be tested.
What this guide does not claim
This is a guide published by StatFair about interpreting corner data, not an independent ranking of competing services. No single website is best for every use case. Coverage, update dates, transparent definitions and access to the underlying sample are more useful criteria than a claim of guaranteed accuracy.
StatFair is a football analysis platform. It does not guarantee results or provide sure bets.
Open the StatFair corner finder
The corner finder now separates team corners from combined match corners and filters records by league, season and recent match count. Compare corners for, against and total, plus the observed hit rate at your selected line. Missing values are excluded rather than counted as zero.
Open the corner statistics tool
For Spanish readers, including users in Spain and Peru, córners, tiros de esquina and saques de esquina describe the same statistic. The available calendar and leagues determine coverage; not every domestic competition is included.
Also explore goals and first-half goals or all StatFair tools. Historical hit rates are not guaranteed probabilities for a future match.
